National University English Debating Championship

To improve the academic quality and knowledge of students, Directorate of Studies and Student Affairs, General Directorate of Higher Education will host National University English Debating Championship (NUEDC).

The following points include its detailed requirements:

• Universty selection will be organized to select the best team including two debaters and one adjudicator to join the second selection at regional level
• The selection result at both state and private univeristies covers the eight best teams to be registered as participants of NUEDC with the following regional divisions (attached)

Third Round (National Level)

• The third selection (national level) will be followed by the I-XII regional level competition winners, to select the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Draw and Novice winners.

International Level

• The three best teams playing draw and one best novice team will be prioritized to represent Indonesia at World University Debating Championship (WUDC)
• Universities will have to recommend and/or encourage their students to join the event by filling in the application form from 26 March to 13 April 2012
